FAQ

When will my order ship?

Orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days pending availability and credit verification.  We are not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.  We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not ship to P.O, Boxes. 

What if I receive a damaged item?

We apologize in advance  if you receive a damaged item. Please contact customer at info@heirloom-amalgam.com service within 48 hours of delivery so we may help resolve this. We are not responsible  for damages caused by the carrier.  

What if my package is lost or delayed?

In the event a carrier loses an order or shipments are delayed, we will not be liable. For any goods you have paid for but not received, it is standard to offer a web credit once a carrier claim is filed and determined lost. This process may take 30 days or more.  If you do not wish to receive credit, we can only further recommend contacting your financial institution directly. Heirloom Amalgam is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Delivery delays not based on stock are outside of our control. 


What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return or exchange items if postmarked within 14 days of purchase.  Any items that are returned/exchanged must be new, unworn, and have all garment tags attached. Returns/exchanges that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Refunds can be made in the original form of payment, or as a gift card for store credit. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

How do I return my order from within the U.S.?

If you would like to return your purchase, please contact info@heirloom-amalgam.com to begin the process.

I returned my order, when will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your package and your return as been approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  

What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?

What does it mean if an item is marked Final Sale?

All sale items that are Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund,store credit, or exchanged. Additionally, no promotion codes can be applied to items marked Final Sale. We understand purchasing Final Sale items can be difficult, so please contact us at info@heirloom-amalgam.com prior to placing your order if you have any questions.

What if I forget to enter a discount code at checkout?

Due to a systems limitation, we cannot add a discount code after an order is placed. The order will need to be canceled and then placed again with the discount code applied. Please reach out to info@heirloom-amalgam.com if you need assistance with this.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.

How should I choose the best size for me?
