Returns & Exchanges


  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return or exchange items if postmarked within 14 days of purchase. Please contact for RMA number.  
  • Any items that are returned/exchanged must be new, unworn, and have all garment tags attached. Returns/exchanges that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Refunds can be made in the original form of payment, or as a gift card for store credit. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable 
  • Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. Full-priced items may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment.
  • Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE
  • Due to the unique nature of our dyeing process, items that have been hand dyed are considered final sale and are not eligible for return
  • Heirloom Amalgam reserves the right to deny any return/exchange if the merchandise returned/exchanged does not comply with our Returns policy.

  • Exchanges are processed pending item availability. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has unavailable or if there are any other issues with your order.
  • If you receive an item which is damaged, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


  • At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.


  • Store Credits can only be used once and will not be reissued in the event of a return.
