Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

At Heirloom Amalgam, we believe in crafting garments meant to be lived in, loved, and cherished for years to come. We extend that same care to how each piece reaches you.

Delivery & Shipping
We offer complimentary domestic ground shipping on all orders. For clients in New York City, we provide showroom pickup and local delivery to nearby zip codes. Expedited and international shipping is available at the customer's expense.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and are processed within 2–5 business days pending availability and credit verification. Orders typically arrive within 7–10 days of purchase. Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by local disruptions, nor for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping
International shipping is offered at the customer’s expense. All customs duties, taxes, and paperwork required upon entering the destination country are the responsibility of the client.

Domestic Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange items if postmarked within 14 days of purchase. Please email info@heirloom-amalgam.com for assistance.

Returned or exchanged items must be new, unworn, and have all original garment tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.

Full-priced items may be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or as a gift card for store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE.

Once your package is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Please note your bank may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the transaction.

Heirloom Amalgam reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not comply with our policy.

omestic Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same 14-day postmark window. Please contact info@heirloom-amalgam.com for an RMA number before sending your item. Exchanges are processed pending item availability; if an item is unavailable, customer service will reach out directly.

International Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

Store Credits
Store credits may only be used once and will not be reissued in the event of a return.

Damages
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service at info@heirloom-amalgam.com within 48 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
