Returns & Exchanges
At Heirloom Amalgam, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of each piece. Should you wish to initiate a return or exchange, we are pleased to assist you.
Domestic Returns
Full-priced items may be returned or exchanged if postmarked within 14 days of purchase. To begin the process, please contact info@heirloom-amalgam.com.
Returned items must be new, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the client.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as a store credit. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
Domestic Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day window, pending item availability. To request an exchange, please email info@heirloom-amalgam.com for an RMA number.
If your requested item is unavailable, our client services team will contact you directly.
Final Sale
All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days upon receipt of your return. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
International Orders
At this time, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Store Credits
Store credits may be used once and are non-reissuable.
Damaged Items
For items received damaged, please notify client services within 48 hours of delivery at info@heirloom-amalgam.com. Heirloom Amalgam is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
