We made the CPO Button Down as a modern heirloom, drawing on the utility and structure of naval overshirts once issued to Chief Petty Officers. Crafted in heavyweight cotton twill, it brings density and durability without sacrificing comfort, softening as it’s worn in. A classic button-front anchors the piece, with dual chest pockets that add both function and symmetry.

Layer it over a tee, wear it buttoned on its own, or throw it beneath a jacket, this shirt adapts across seasons and settings. It’s a piece of uniform heritage, reimagined for everyday life, with the strength of history stitched into every seam.

Every order leaves our studio with care, packed and shipped Monday through Friday (never on holidays, when we all slow down). Once you place your order, we’ll have it on its way within 2–5 business days.

If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns or exchanges on unworn pieces, tags still attached, within 14 days of purchase. Refunds can be made to your original payment method, or as a gift card if you’d prefer store credit.
