Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

  • Orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days pending availability and credit verification.  Will typically arrive within 7- 10 days of placing order.  We are not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.  We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

  • We do not ship to P.O, Boxes. 

What if I receive a damaged item?

  • We apologize in advance  if you receive a damaged item. Please contact customer at info@heirloom-amalgam.com service within 48 hours of delivery so we may help resolve this. We are not responsible  for damages caused by the carrier.  

What if my package is lost or delayed?

  • In the event a carrier loses an order or shipments are delayed, we will not be liable. For any goods you have paid for but not received, it is standard to offer a web credit once a carrier claim is filed and determined lost. This process may take 30 days or more.  If you do not wish to receive credit, we can only further recommend contacting your financial institution directly. Heirloom Amalgam is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Delivery delays not based on stock are outside of our control.
