Hand wash cold, separately — to preserve the softness and integrity of the cashmere.
Do not bleach — the beauty is already built in.
Reshape and lay flat to dry — patience keeps its shape.
Cool iron if needed — but the elegance rarely asks for it.
May be professionally dry cleaned.

Every order leaves our studio with care, packed and shipped Monday through Friday (never on holidays, when we all slow down). Once you place your order, we’ll have it on its way within 2–5 business days.

If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns or exchanges on unworn pieces, tags still attached, within 30 days of purchase. Refunds can be made to your original payment method, or as a gift card if you’d prefer store credit.

A note on Final Sale pieces: those are treasures meant to stay with you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged.
