Off Duty, By Design

There are clothes we dress in, and then there are clothes we live in.

The sweatshirt thrown on in the morning. The shorts worn for coffee around the corner. The pieces packed for weekends away, pulled on after dinner and worn again the next morning. Those garments may be casual, but we do not think they should be an afterthought.

Our TriBeCa Varsity Cropped Sweatshirt and Sweatshort began with vintage American athletic wear. We were drawn to the familiarity of old collegiate pieces: straightforward, functional garments that somehow become more personal the longer they are owned. We kept that spirit and reconsidered the proportions and construction for now.

Comfortable enough to live in.
Considered enough to leave the house in.

Neither piece was made to exist only as a set. Wear the sweatshirt with vintage denim, over a skirt, or layered with a button-down. Pair the short with a tank, oversized shirting or a jacket. Wear them together when you want getting dressed to require almost no thought at all. Because casual does not have to mean disposable.
